Schuh appoints new CMO and CDO

British shoe seller Schuh has bolstered its top management crew by naming Stephanie Legg as the fresh chief marketing officer and Justin Lodge as chief digital officer.

This decision aligns with the brand’s efforts to enhance its position as a preferred shopping stop for socially-aware students, Gen Z, and the emerging Generation Alpha, who will soon have spending power.

“Ensuring our customer interactions are smooth and captivating is crucial, especially in today’s dynamic market,” remarked Colin Temple, President of Schuh.

“I am thrilled to welcome two seasoned leaders who bring a wealth of experience, further propelling Schuh’s growth”.

Legg arrives with over twenty years of diverse experience spanning fashion, financial technology, retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), utilities, and entertainment. Prior to this, she devoted over ten years to Arcadia.

Justin Lodge, who arrives from Superdry where he served as CMO, will leverage his broad expertise in global e-commerce and managing regional retail networks to advance Schuh’s expansion objectives. Before Superdry, Lodge held the position of International Director at Boohoo.
