Monzo teams up with a digital and customer experience agency

Monzo has selected AnalogFolk as its digital and customer experience partner after a competitive pitch, which included Gravity Road, Flying Object, and Stereo Creative. AnalogFolk stood out among the contenders and won the account. Uncommon Creative Studio remains Monzo’s creative agency. The pitch process, which took place over three weeks in February, focused on strategic responses to a brief and target audience approach rather than pitching new work. Monzo sought a partner for mid- and lower-funnel marketing and personalized CRM. AnalogFolk joins Monzo’s roster of agencies, including TwentyFirstCenturyBrand for brand strategy and OMG’s Team Coral for media. AnalogFolk has already started working on the account, collaborating closely with Uncommon Creative Studio. Monzo’s Vice President of Marketing, AJ Coyne, expressed excitement about the partnership and hinted at upcoming developments for the company, including recruitment for the senior leadership team and the appointment of a creative director.
