Ogilvy One has appointed a new CEO and introduced an entirely fresh leadership team

Ogilvy has established a fresh global leadership team for Ogilvy One, the agency’s latest brand identity for its current and upcoming customer experience and relationship services.

Ogilvy One will replace the existing Experience branding, focusing on providing clients with “more valuable relationships through deliberate design.”

The firm’s new proposition will be “driven by creativity, supported by data, and enhanced by AI,” aiming to create tangible business, brand, and customer value.

Kent Wertime, a seasoned member of the network, will take on the role of global CEO for the new marketing relationship services business.

“Now we elevate this concept with a new leadership team and a dedication to crafting relationships grounded in innovative ideas that foster lasting value exchanges between consumers and our clients’ brands.”

Alongside Wertime, Roberto Fara will assume an expanded role as the global creative experience leader for Ogilvy One, while retaining his position as chief creative officer of Ogilvy Spain. They will be joined by Rajesh Midha (NoAm), Clare Lawson (EMEA and chief client officer), Ab Gaur (APAC & CEO of Verticurl), Mauro Caggiano (LATAM), Jason Davey (AUNZ), Ravi Pal (CTO), and Nate McNabb (global partnerships).

Wertime emphasized, “In recent years, companies heavily invested in technology, yet that alone isn’t the solution. In today’s hyper-competitive market, brands must cultivate relationships that differentiate and resonate with consumers. This is where the exponential power of creativity becomes crucial.”

“Today’s consumers actively choose how they engage with brands, from initial discovery to final purchase, exerting more influence over the relationship.”
